Welcome to ModuRealm. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Use License: Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ModuRealm's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

ModuRealm makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

03. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for technical issues.

Due to the nature of digital goods (which can be downloaded immediately), discretionary refunds are reviewed case-by-case. If you have downloaded the assets and they function as advertised, we typically cannot offer a refund unless there is a proven technical defect that we cannot resolve.

04. Commercial License Agreement

Every purchase includes our Standard Commercial License.

Royalty-Free: You are free to use our assets in your personal projects, commercial games, architectural visualizations, and film productions.
No Attribution Required: While we appreciate credit, it is not mandatory for commercial or personal work.
Unlimited Projects: Use the assets in as many projects as you like for yourself or your clients.

Strictly Prohibited

Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the source files (3D models, textures) as standalone assets or as part of a stock asset pack is strictly prohibited. You may not embed the assets in a way that allows third parties to extract the source files.
